I'm getting mixed messages from my buddies about foliar spray, some say spray, some say never spray. What's the best option for hydro, do u spray??

Well I'm almost positive that the dwc.part has nothing to do with it because all three seedlings are.doing this, just the dwc one is more servere. Two of the main fan leaves or the " big leaves" are turning upside down. All the leaves leaves on the plants have nothing wrong. Only the main fan leaves.
