I personally would have alot better setup for 1600 bucks. If i were you id start off on the smaller side and find out if growing is for you. It would suck to spend that much and if something goes wrong you decide that its not for you. Just something you might wanna consider

Looks pretty small for the price. I dont know jack about hydro though.
