That what I thought, so if people want to know why decriminalize not legalise where there you go. decriminalize mj means you cant get arrested for personal possession or use. And you can grow your own for personal usage. But prevents criminals from making drug traffic.And there is no control by the governement other than for criminal acts. NO TAX!!!
