41hope, we use to and most likely still have alot of members in that area. For the weather, try TMC.com, you will see a lot of info.! Rentals-suppose you mean housing? As you can't rent pot! Try CraigsList.com and Chico or nearest city thereby (may want to googlemap the nearest city showing on CL). If you are looking for more, ask in Craigs list! Check out the above threads of some problems for retail-new post today. I have traveled all over in that area and it is definite fertil and surely some growers may check in. However, if you read old posts-you will read that ATF and forestry comb the woods for illegal grows! But, I've seen some pretty darn good grows outside (in the pictures, of course) from that area! I do plan on moving west how far west is still unknown but I look into Chico nice area.
