yes put something around the bottle to prevent roots from contact with light. Poke holes in bottom of bottle for drainage and put a saucer under it to collect excess water. next time use 4 inch pots.

I'm getting a lot of feedback saying that the roots need to be In complete darkness. I never heard that and was curious if that's true. If so ill be transplanting them ASAP.
