2nd sprout in same pot? What is this in my pic?

I've been trying to do as much searching on google for answers as possible, but I couldn't seem to find any on this... probably just didnt word it right... but nah I wanna build a proper box just for growing.

& yeah, I've been misting it (4-5 sprays) anywhere from 3-10 times a day... seems like the top layer of soil dries out very quickly, guessing cause of a combination of the fan & light... Thanks

I took a picture of my plant so far, it just sprouted yesterday... i'm not sure how long it's supposed to take for first leaves to spread open, but it's been 24 hours since it surfaced & it's still closed up like that, but just a tad taller... Anyways, when I planted the seed, it took over 4 days to surface, so as I was getting impatient, i tried to lightly brush some of the top layer of soil away & noticed a little white stem looking thing right at the top layer, when I woke up in the Rating: 5

I thought that's how the seeds went, that's why I figured it was best to plant it root up, seemed like science backed it up more...

Yeah, I'm hoping for it to look something like that. I'm going with white paint instead of mylar cause I think heat may be an issue & money

I got the seedling opened with tweezers, here's a pic... idk if it's normal for the leaves to look that small/shriveled or whatever you wanna call it... but atleast it's progress [attachment=o279352]

You can go to a renovation center and buy a roll of reflective ducting insulation( one side is reflective the other side looks like black or white bubble wrap) or buy black and white plastic in a hydroponics store. Paint is full of fumes and chemicals. And the leaf question: yes it is normal.
