If there was an issue with the sample temp, the collector wouldve ordered your GF to submit a second sample immediately and under direct observation. The collector wouldve then processed and sent off both samples and indicated on the test forms Remarks space that a second collection was performed under direct observation, and the reason(s) why.

If none of the above had happened, then you have nothing to worry about.
