Hi guys, I posted earlier and have decided to substitute. My worry is I also have to give a saliva swab test and I need to know if dna is checked? I can't find anything on the web, also my test is Thursday so it's pretty urgentm, thanks.

Do an Advanced Search in the drug testing forum, using the terms 'genetic profiling' or 'genetic testing'. You'll have your answer then.

I couldn't find anything after trying this. Suppose I'll have to suck it and see, thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to let you know how I get on.

The posts are there - youd have to look a little more.

Anyway, labs practicing in the US are prohibited from doing any form of genetic testing on samples collected for an employment-related drug test unless authorization is granted by the donor on an entirely seperate and detailed consent form.

Now if the test is for court-ordered probation, then thats an entirely different ball game as the person on probation would relinquish all the rights normally afforded to those taking an employment-related drug test.
