4 weeks, by now if they are of a decent size, you should see the development of buds and if you dont your doing something wrong. By the way, how tall are your plants and how long have you had them vegging?

They should start within 4-14 days. Not to sure whats up.

woha do u have a timer? and is your grow box is absolutly dark? u need to have no light penetrating in your grow box when its on dark period. that may be it.
