Theoretically if someone wanted to do such a thing.... 4000watts minimum would be needed for each 10x10 space.... 6000watts in each room would be closer to sun-like intensity.... Run each 1k lamp at 220v and you will use less amps per lamp.... Method would totally be up to the skill level of the grower....

Sounds like you have some thinking to do....

I only ever done growing outdoors so have no practicle experience of indoor growing at all but I have been reading up on it. Recently I managed to buy a small house which I don't really like anyway and want to convert the two bedrooms into grow rooms each 10 x 10 (i'll be starting off with a much smaller grow in part of one room to get to grips with it first) but I have the following problems.
