When is the idiocy going to end??? Really??? The same ol', "Think of the Children!".... We were the children.... So how do they expect us to believe the SAME old lies and propaganda???

RAND recently removed their report on crime associated with Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.... The report showed that neighborhoods with MMJ store fronts had a much lower crime rate than the neighborhoods where MMJ facilities were told to shut down.... I wonder who could have persuaded RAND to remove that report???

The National Intitute of Drug Abuse has, on record, stated that they only test and analyze for negative affects of Marijuana and not any benefits.... Why? Because their funding comes from the federal government.... And the federal government wants to paint an ugly nasty picture of this beatuiful herb.... I wonder if I can sue the fed government, on Mary Janes behalf, for defamation of character.... Hey, some people think animals and trees should have rights.... Shouldn't Cannabis???

We've come too far to go back to complete prohibition....

The propaganda will never end. There's just too many people making too much money off of prohibition and a lot of those people would lose there jobs and some companies would go out of business. Its the same reason we are always at war, its the money.

Very very true.... I have no doubt in my mind that our government could care less that we all want MJ legalized.... However they know how much funding, and like you mentioned, departments will be lost if legalization did occur.... What a conundrum - Keep the prohibition and keep what is in place or legalize it and, wait a minute though.... So many departments can be created if cannabis was to be legalized.... They're just being lazy and keeping it prohibited because it's easier to do than to really accomplish something for the people and not their special interest groups....

Everything in Amerika relates to money. Its been our focus for way too long.
We have the ability in this country to end starvation around the world with our crops.
We can't even adequately feed our own people.
Its the greed and it comes from all levels of society.
The ultimate answer is to end all forms of currency. No rich, no poor. Just people working at things that they love to work at. Technical innovation will take care of the jobs no one wants to do. Some will be lazy, some will work hard. In the end its all the same.
