I am not much for soil with slow realease plant food.But if you put the plants in it at an older age they should make it.

I don't agree here I have used FoxFarm Ocean soil and Power Flower both have nutes in them and they are for the long hual. Both give 90 days worth of food which is about the life of the plant. The only other nutes are Bonoro Booster and Tiger Bloom other than that I don't add anything untill it looks like they need something.

I would look on the bag and see if you can use for fruits and veggies...than I would say ok try it this time and see how it does.

Ok, my wife was trying to be nice by thinking she would surprise me by getting me some soil to start my grow, well she got the soil alright' and it says it has perlite in it but i only see like 10 little peaces out of the 4 pots i filled with it about 3 days ago. This soil has BIG ASS peaces of Maulch(wood)in it but the bag says good drainege and Plus slow release plant food, when i water it, looks like it turns into strait mud.
