my leaves wth?

On one of my plants.my leaves r doing something weird. The center. Of the leaf is deep green and almost fake looking. The very tips of them look dried out. The tips are not hard to the touch just wrinklie so they can't be dried out right? What's going on? I can't seem to upload pics, but theres a few close ups of the leaves on my Flickr. PGS420. Any advice or ideas would help just curious if anyone has seen anything like it and if it can be prevented.

Well prettygirl.......You need to do the hydro or soil troubleshooting form. My sig has the soil link Copy and paste with the answers in a new post. Pictures we can't see, don't do any good, even pictures we can see, may not, but the form tells us much. First impression is over fertilization, don't do anything except normal plain water till we figure it out. K? I only come once a day, but folks like Rusty and some of the other knowledgeable ones come several times. So the sooner you can get the form, the sooner we can help
