CGI is right, the best state for sure: Is not Calif. The law is: Medicinal Marijuana is a Not For Profit business. It is the greedy capitalist's that are paying a low price for employees and not spreading the wealth. If there were no profit and every employee paid well, there should be no problem But. . . .

There is nothing wrong with a collective, dispensary or Co-op within the letter of the law, provided it is Not For Profit. Currently: The City of Riverside vs. The Inland Empire's Health and Wellness Center: case that is in our court system as we speak. A local Gov't taking on the Not For Profit Cannibis Collective. No one is getting rich and prices are going down!!! Perhaps, that is horning in on the the clandestine gov't profit, who knows. But, the law is being tested as we click and toke! Oops! The lawyers are making all the money from the collective!

If you want to start a business, the cat is out of the bag and it is too late for capitalistic ventures in the field of medical marijuana; unless you are pfitzer (or a pharmacuetical company).

Wanna get rich, be a defense lawyer for the collectives, dispensaries and co-ops!

Marijuana is for sharing and not profit! Money has made it an unhealthy battle! You need to first hire a lawyer. Oops! But the collective in Riverside, Calif. did just that on the very first meeting to set up their collective! Prices are down, too! Which was the whole purpose of making a collective to the letter of the law!

The best state is an altered state! pr
