The folks on the bayou are called Cajun were French is still spoken and don't take kindly to being told what to do by people that are not from the bayou. Americans from the north are called English and from time to time one Englishmen can go missing on the bayou just for not following the bayou rule. But them Cajun's can cook some good food.
