Novice grower first time ive had a plant go this far im curious how long ive got left

Ive tried my hand at growing several times outdoors but the deer around my house normally eat my plant before it gets this far into the growing stage so im not really sure how far along into the budding stage i am or how long i have left lol the white sea anemone looking things on top have turned almost completely purple and theres alot of crystals on it...Ive enclosed some pics of it so you can see...Any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont wanna harvest it too early nor do i wanna do it too late plus its begining of oct. and fall time here so i know itll be too cold for it outside soon...Once again thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with some info [attachment=o278952][attachment=o278953][attachment=o278956][attachment=o278955][attachment=o278954]

Hey,

Those are some beautiful looking buds you have there :-) I love the purple color.. do you know what strain they are?

I would say you're about half way through looking at those pictures.. however I've not got that far yet so I might be wrong.. but I reckon another 4/5 weeks left..

The best way to be sure is to get a 30x magnifier and check the trichomes..

The person told me it was called electric lemonaide but thats about all i know lol and i will def. keep posting updates and thanks alot for the info on the magnifying glass and the timeframe its much appreciated and what do i look for in the trichomes?

No worries. This is very basic information and there is a plethora of it about on the net and on these forums, please read stickys and use the search feature of the forum before posting ;-) As this has been answered before many times over.

However, it all depends on the high/stoned you particularly like.. if you like a really strong body high then use the magnifing glass to see when 90% of the trichomes are cloudy/amber colour, if you want a less strong body high and a more uppity and buzzy high then harvest when 30/40% trichomes are cloudy/amber.

Check youtube for pictures/videos of what this is like, like i said, its up to you depending on the high you like and there is loads of info about this. Use us to reinforce what you've already researched, not use us for your research whilst you sit back and get stoned

Thanks for the info and yea im reading alot of stuff in this forum as we speak i def. dont wanna be umm "that guy" that posts the same annoying questions that have already been posted lol and when i go to walmart later im most certainly investing in a 30x magnifying glass so i can check to see the color of the trichomes

try radio shak . They have an illuminated mini scope, 60/100 x , cost $15 . Buy a sale pk of AAA batteries.
