Why are you swamping yourself with "gallons of water". If you know that "THC stores in the fat cells" you should also know that you cannot simply wash or flush out those fat cells with liquids.
You are already doing all you can do to expedite the process. Abstention, time and strenuous excercise.
Best of luck in meeting your timeframe.

Ruckus is 100% right OP. When is your test? Sounds like you are doing what you can, most of your THCA will be excreted via stool but nothing wrong with drinking a bunch of water so long as you know doesn't expedite the process and you are simply drinking a lot because of your workout regiment. Good luck.
BTW - nice to see ya here Ruckus, can always use another common sense sane poster to give out the truth. The more people we can make fishers of men the better off we all will be. Sadly MJ's forums were bought and sold a short time ago and those not agreeing with the "Let the paid advertisers be mods" policy, they were sent packing or left on their own accord. Trying to give out the truth there is not an enviable task. You should be commended for your efforts!

I will be tested in the next few days..i need some advice so don't bash me alright..of course my last test strip showed nothing (positive nor negative) ..defective strip I suppose..so I am stuck with a few options here..go purchase a test kit at the local store..if I pass great but do the labs test for a lower amount of THC? Do these test strips test at 50 ng/ml or more? I have read that lab test that can show as little as 15 ng/ml is that right?..should I just play it safe and go with quick fix? I think so...were gonna know soon..like later on today..thanx

The lab still performs an initial Immunoassay screen with a cutoff threshold of 50 ng/ml, which is the same as the home test kits.
And if you read this post here, you'll discover that even though their cutoffs numerically differ, a 50 ng I/A screen is functionally equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...ml#post2202713
If no line is present in either the "C" window or the "T" window, then either the test kit is a dud, or the test wasnt performed properly. Either way, redo the test with a different kit.
When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day. If your test is positive, then yes you can sub with the Quick Fix synthetic or a clean persons sample.
