Autoflowers still no sign of showing sex. Help
Hi i have 2 autoflowers growing and they are reaching the 5th week on sunday and theres only sign of flowers on one of my plants and none on the other is this slow because theres only 2 pistills on the whole plant?
heres somepictures of my grow (barneys pineapple express auto on the left and barneys little cheese on the right)
has anyone any experience with growing these 2 strains and should they be taking this long to flower?
the plants are growing really quick and are beginning to get really bushy since i started feeding them the bloom nutes but still no flower production
any help or info would be extremely helpful. Cheerscairnzy Reviewed by cairnzy on . Autoflowers still no sign of showing sex. Autoflowers still no sign of showing sex. Help
Hey,
I am growing some G13 Labs Pineapple Express, they're only seedlings at the moment and I guess Barneys is a different strain..
However, they look great first of all. Secondly, as far as autoflowers go from what i've read they should show signs in 2 - 3 weeks.. so I guess maybe they're just being delayed for some reason, they look healthy enough. Just be patient I suppose..
Tell me a bit about what you've been doing with the grow/grow room to get this far, give a bit of info on your setup, have you made any changes to the plants feeding, light schedule, anything that could cause it stress in any way?
Whats the current temps in the grow room, give a little bit more info as the pictures look great!

Actually, looking more closely at the last picture it seems the leaves are curling up a lot on the plant.. this could be due to the room being too hot, maybe what temp is the room or was it when those pics were taken?
These are just thoughts and i'm not an experienced grower...

Autoflower's trigger flowering on age, this is usually 12 - 18 days into it i think.. there is a good post kicking around on it.

Autoflowers still no sign of showing sex. Help
Well as for tthee lighting I have them on 20-4 and my thermometer broke last week and I've been meaning to buy a newone, it could possibly be the temperature as I'm growing in a chest of drawers lined with diamond foil with 2 x. 45watt red Cfl's.
There was a mini desktop fan in there too but I had to take it out because the plants were getting too close to it, but I'm going to cut intake and out take wholes in the sides of the chest and place the fan just outside so there is a more sufficient air flow and hopefully lower temps. As for the leaf curling I have no idea how it. Is happening at the start of week 3 I changed from plain tap water to adding plagron bloom nutes (5ml to every litre) and I have been feeding them 500ml each every other day or when the soil feels bone dry.
Also I have a question about the pots. You can start to see the roots on the sides of the containers could this cause problems further down the line?
Thanks for your time:S5: :baggy: :vap_smiley: :smokebong:

Autoflowers still no sign of showing sex. Help
I harvested a barneys white dwarf auto last week. It was my first auto so I didn't top/crop or chop any, well it took a few week longer then it seemed an auto would take. It finished out maybe 13 weeks.start to finish. When she went into flower she took off. They seen to finish quick once she kicks. My next I have going now I have been putting thru lst. More like bonsia. Better light penetration, faster and short .
