I had a beautiful plant that I lsted to perfection, proved to be a really sturdy, hardy plant but I identified it as male, early. No pistils, just balls, looked obviously male. So I pulled it from its pot and threw it somewhere. Obviously this must have stressed it, but the next time I saw it, it had balls, pistils and budsites/seedpods with seeds already in it.
