Looking at the pic again it looks like they had already trimmed the buds so more then likely it molded in storage.

A friend of mine had this on his finishing skywalker buds, almost looks like a mold/web on it, it also rots out the middle of the buds and they have seeds in them...never seen anything like it myself, any ideas?
