    No it's not, as the spectrum and emitted light is not powerfull enough for the plants to pick up.

    Hum plants see ultraviolet lite and it's not visible to the human eye. so they must see infrared (750nmred) light aswell. Red is for flowering but lights off meens no light. So you should shut off camera at night. maybe it wont affect budding but it might cause hermie issues who knows! The only light invisible to plants is green.
