Perhaps were you to fill out the troubleshooting form, (copy-n-paste it here, answer the questions as completely as possible) you'd get a couple responses. Answering the questions below would help also...

How large of chunks of lime? (chunky or powder) How much per gallon of soil? What kind of soil mix, and are you sure it wasn't pre-buffered? What was your runoff ph before buffering the soil?
How old are the plants? Growth or flowering stage? Have you looked at the sticky about epsom salt not being the miracle cure? Or seen one of the mollasses threads...? (I've personally used mollasses in place of CalMag Plus for years)
Rusty Trichome Reviewed by Rusty Trichome on . Lime causing Mag def? Hi All, All my girls are doing fine but one is developing a Mag def. First time using lime in soil and thought that the lime is suppost to buffer the ph as well as keep the mag/cal in check. The plant wit the mag def runoff is 6.8 After doing some research on the net, i read that you have to keep the mag -cal balanced by adding magnisum sulphate! I also read a different place to flush wit a mild strenght nute to clear def? I'm not sure if these are true or not. Should i use Cal/mag Plus or try Rating: 5
