So what to do next in this changing landscape?

How about the thing with coops and local banning ability? Are they actually trying to enforce the 10 patient, 45 plant thing? How does that make any sense with a 15 plant per rec rule? Is there a list any where that has the areas that have banned or pretty surely will not?

I'm, more and more, considering a move from Colorado after it all went to hell here and searching for a path. I can grow a hell of a garden indoors in dirt, recycled dirt, and need new friends and a home and a place to work, alone or together. Have my own supplies to use or add to a place. Any body want to team up or Need a member? I'm with a wife and kid, 40ish, and about 21, and need and want to start fresh and friendly.

Don't even understand why the Coop thing was in there. Who came up with that is an Idiot and why someone would want to be in one is even stranger??? I can't see any advantage but lots wrong, how does stuff like this even make it? Makes a lot of sense to go from 15 per to 45 for 10....I guess they think everyone that smokes Pot is stupid and can't do math. The only people it would work for are those that use it to skirt the law...Seems as long as we have Prozac eating idiots deciding the fate of Pot we are screwed. Maybe they should throw away the Prozac and try a bowl!
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.

Seattle is about the only area thats kind of staying out of the whole arguement. A lot of the counties and cities have already put moratoriums on coop grows. In order to have a coop grow you have to be inspected an licensed and with all the moratoriums thats not going to happen. For now its better just to grow for yourself and one patient to stay within the only part of the law that is clear.
Also its important to point out to people planning on moving here that MMJ is still illegal in Washington. It only gives you the opportunity for a defense in court. That means that you can still be arrested for any amount of cannabis and have to go to court to prove you can grow legally.
Like most states theings are still pretty screwed up here in Washington

If I were going to move anywhere just for MMJ I would go back to California! Had a card there for a couple years and loved southern Cali.
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.

The emerald triangle is still the most cannabis friendly area but competition is stiff. You can buy pounds from any where from $1000 to $3000 on the wholesale market. But you're allowed to grow up to 99 plants in some of the northern cali counties.
