I think your friends are out of luck. I think CO Springs State Bank was the last one. I talked to a CC Processor and ATM sales dude from up here. He told me there are or soon will be no processors or banks.

One a dispensary owner looking for a bank and a card merchant account another, run a 'mj related' business but sells no MJ or MJ containing products, but got the boot from Wells Fargo.
