I been smokin for over 20 yrs and need to pass a ua. How long without anything how long should I wait ? I'm about 5'8 160 and some fat (not alot mostly love handles). Any thoughts ?

Youve failed to mention how much youve smoked over the course of those 20 years (a joint a day? an ounce a day? etc).

Even with that, nobody can give you an accurate and realistic answer. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration to arrive at guesstimation. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day each time) can give you that answer.
