tested 15ng/ml on SAP 5-50 I thought cut off is 50ng/ml,what can I do?

What can I do? I took an SAP 5-50 UA test recently. I tested at quest labs and the initual results came back all negative. My employer decide to verify the results and I was told that the THC came up at 15 ng/ml. Can they do this legally if the cutoff for screening is 50 ng/ml and all the test results were negative? The paperwork says negative on all 5 drugs tested with 15 ng/ml next to the THC under confirm. It doesn't even say positive anywhere on the test. I have lost my job because of this. Is this legal? My employer won't let me retest, can't I retest by law? I have nothing against the use of marijuana, it is safer than the other drugs, but I don't even use marijuana and came up with this test result. I would apreciate any advice..especially legal advice on what I can do. Any links on legal information would be apreciated.

Sounds like you need to talk to a lawyer that specializes in this .... Your employer can probably fire you for whatever reason he wants, unless you are protected by a union, or a discrimination law. But I'm no laywer and the laws probably vary by country/state.

If you don't smoke MJ, maybe you can get small amounts of THC from other sources, or being around smokers. Or the lab could have messed up the test.
