Quick fix is very reliable as long as you get the temperature correct in the sample cup. A temperature of 96-98 degrees is ideal, but the collector will accept the sample between 90-100 degrees. If I were you I would keep it in the ideal range to avoid suspicion. The key to substitution is practice. The Quick Fix can be reheated over and over, so practice heating it and maintaining temperature after you crotch it.
