PLANT LIGHTING HELP

MY question is, Is it ok if i have my CFL 24watt about 3 inches from tops of my plants? They look like they are stretching up torwards it like the leave turn up? is this ok? i have a little fan on them to keep air moving and to keep from getting hot.......I also have two T12 plant and aquairum floruscent lights on the sides is this also enough lighting for seedlings? they are only 8 days from day i planted them and also because i transfered them from a 3 gallon to small cups will this shock my plants into turning female since they were feminised seeds?

I have almost the same set up. I have 4 plants with 2 aquarium florescent and a circle 23w florescent light.
I have tried twice now and can't seem to get past the second tier of leaves. ( right after the original 2 leaves fall off and the new 4 grow the plant will look healthy and then die) Idk what im doing wrong.

However, i'm pritty sure you want to lower your light. It can touch the plant and it will be fine (florescent light) so put it closer. The plant will strech out to much if you leave the light too far away and the leaves will be to heavy and the plant will die. This happened to one of my first plants in my first attempt.

And yes transplanting will stunt (temperarally ) growth due to root trauma and stress.
How big is your plant at 8 days? Just want to compair. I can't make it past 5 days. lol which is today, the 5th day since seed. new record lol
