New Growth...What should I expect?

Hello - I'm a first time grower and I'm currently growing 3 plants outdoors. A friend gave me 3 clones he was planning to grow indoors, so I stuck them in pots a few weeks ago and these are pics of where they are today. I'm in Southern California and realize most plants here are getting ready for harvest, but my question is what should I expect from these plants? Will they be small, start budding sooner than if planted in April/May, have smaller buds, etc? I cannot move these indoors, so will have to make the best with this and hope it stays warm here for a while. Thanks for any input!

Thank CGI. So you think these plants could do well and produce a nice yield in Novemeber/December given my location? If so, why then are most ppl starting in May, and not all year
