Producer Applicants' Lawsuit - Has it hurt or helped the patients?

I'm having the same issue. I contacted serveral and fax info to the one closet to me on 11-8-2011 and called on 11-10-2011 and still nada.

If you are still in Portales try Budding Hope in Roy. The Ruidoso producer recently harvested and posted their info on this site in another thread. If you contacted the producer in Dona Ana County you may not hear from them as they cannot deliver outside the county due to the checkpoints. Just keep trying. It is difficult for the producers now that the DOH is getting caught up. DOH had a backlog of about 1,000 applications. Two people cannot handle that many apps in 30 days. Now, realize that all those patients are receiving LNPP info and they are all being contacted in droves now too. Please, everyone, have patience. The producers are as frustrated as you are and are doing the best they can with small staffs. They each probably only have one person assigned for office work. Good luck!!!
