What a difference a day makes.

Also, sure enough, as soon as I get someone to look at my problems, they tend to disappear. :P

I checked this morning, and the lavender is not only showing definite calyxes, they've doubled in size since yesterday and are starting to smell nice. The pre-98s are also showing them, but in a slightly different pattern and different color. Also starting to smell nice. This has me relieved and excited.

From what I can tell, the veg on both of these strains can show a very deep purple in late flowering. I'm going to start checking out what I can do to amplify/trigger this trait. Everything I've read so far seems to indicate that it's related to temperature swings, so I'm going to research that a little more. I live close to the water, which tends to have a regulatory effect on day/night temps.
