New to forum getting ready for first indoor grow

So I'm a medical marijuana patient from northern Cali. Pretty knowledgable about marijuana and cultivation. Ive grown outdoors and have had some really successful crops but have never grown indoors. I initially wanted to grow in soil but since Im a "get it out the door quick" kind of guy I decided to jump into hydro so I could hopefully yield quicker but anyways although I haven't started yet I have my grow set up complete I jus want to start an early journal and get some pointers and what not from the more experienced indoor growers I would appreciate all of your information epescially some stories of your past grow ops just remember. Ok so here's my ebb & flow set up

6' h x 4' w 'grow tent' framed from PVC and wrap in panda film
2' w x 4' l hydro tray filled with hydroton
One of those 600 watt HPS air cooled tubes
I also have a 600 watt metal halide conversion bulb
Digital ballast w/ dimmer that allows me to switch from 600 watt all the way down to 250 watts
6" vent fan or whatever you call it for keeping the lamp fixture tube cool
4" exhaust fan
Open hole at one end with air ducting going to window outside of tent for fresh air and a small fan right in front of that air hole. Of course exhaust fan at other end.
I plan on buying 20 clones in their starter cubes putting them in the tray with hydroton, vegging for a week or two and then flowering. I will keep this journal updated from the moment I get my clones and hopefully get some pictures up of the progress. Well that's it.
