Flowering?????????????????
Hi!
I'm urgently waiting until my plants will start flowering, but they stil don't do.
I brought out the seeds end of april, Mr.Nice walkabout mix, in my greenhouse.
Anyway, they groe REALLY big (about 2meters), and hit the ceiling.
Besides, I'm not sure if they are male or female.
"Family of breed: a mixture of Thai, skunk, Mexican, New Guinea and Haze
Breeder: Shantibaba`s
Preferred medium: bio and hydro, outdoors/greenhouse
Flowering period: Indoor it is not recommended due to variation of sativas present but this is not a rule by any means. In the northern hemisphere it should be completed by September/October/November and in the southern hemisphere by April/May/June."
Pls help![attachment=o278465][attachment=o278466][attachment=o278467][ATTACH]Rolly54 Reviewed by Rolly54 on . Flowering????????????????? :cool:Hi! Flowering?????????????????
Would depend on your latitude and typical climate differences. My brother generally doesn't harvest until almost Nov. but he thinks they will be done in about another month.

Mother nature should have turned the switch to flowering by now so you should be noticing something. Are you sure there isn't a light source at night such as a street light, neighbors security light or something that might disrupt the night cycle? If they were males I'd be willing to be they would have shown now as male plants typically show before females and sometimes will show without a change in light. At your latitude you should be around 11 1/2 hours of darkness which should be enough for flowering.
If possible try covering them around 6 p/m every evening for a few weeks and increase the darkness to about 12 1/2 -13 hours.

Flowering?????????????????
Light? No, we live in a remote village. Usually there's darkness at night (exept a fuckin' streetlamp I kick off one of these days; but it doesn't shine to the greenhouse :-).
So I should notice males by now , if there are any.
There should be, cause I bought a mixture. I'd be glad if they're all ladies :-)))

We've had unusual weather on the west coast of the USA, I have/had plants in four different stages of flowering and my males showed in June and July(only two of them).

Flowering?????????????????
Thanks for help until now.
Today: 4 males and 13 females, as it seems.
Not bad, isn't it?
Males out on the garbage. Sorry, folks.
We are going for holidays for 2 weeks, in 3 weeks.
What about bringing my babys inside the house until they are flowering (we've got plenty of space), cause outside it's going to get cold.?????

13 2m plants isnt really recommended inside, you should be ok with your holiday, I doubt that youll miss much if theyre in a greenhouse. If youve only just determined the sex, i would say youve got at least another 2 months of flowering before harvest, itll get cold but i doubt itll get too much for them, I know more and more people getting successful harvests outside here in the UK, sometimes not harvesting until november.
I hope this goes well for you mate,
take care,

Flowering?????????????????
Okay. Maybe I'll take half of them inside, and keep the other in the greenhouse, and see what happens. Gonna be kind of a test-period.
The other problem is, as I've mentioned above, they are becoming really tall. I've bent them down, but this method too is limited: Now they touch the side-walls :-(
