they were not sent becasuse they cant keep their mouths shut, they would have talked about who we were actually killing over there. the fighting force was kept to elite forces like seal teams and airborn rangers, delta force, guys that wont blab about mowing down people.
Where's the proof? How many times can I say it? Where's the proof? Our special forces were deployed to Afghanistan, because they are more suited to the job over there! Afghanistan is a much more rural and mountanous country, so its not as suited for the regualar army. You are naive if you think that Osama would have been captured if the regular army was there. Osama bin Laden has a massive terrorist network supproting him, and a huge country to hide in. These accusations that our troops are wantonly killing civilians are competely unbased, ignorant, and downright unpatriotic. Being a soldier is a honest job and a great service and you tarnish it by making these crazy claims.

so in this regard no violence didnt solve a damn thing, except maybe ditch a few enemies for Osama.
Umm, I think the bounty for Osama is at about $50,000,000, which is enough for any Afghan to live like a king. Your ignorance is quite franky astounding. You thin that the US is some kind of omnipitent being? Our intellegence is flawed, as you have said, so how would we instinctively know where he is? I'd say Osama is probably smarter than Saddam, which is why he hasn't been captured yet.

Ok you should go back and read the previuos posts because you are only seeing a portion of a conversation....

If you had read it you would have seen that I'm not claiming regular army would have caught Osama, I'm saying our troops were not there to capture Osama.

Afganistan is not a very large country.

I never said a single negative word about being a soldier as a proffesion. And I never claimed they are killing civilians.

your view that there is this massive terror organization is simple fear campaighn conditioning.

As far as being unpatriotic... well thats just not true. I love the United States, I simply dont like the political shift towards a police state. BTW even our founding fathers were called rebels, thats translates to terrorist allot these days.

Well since you seem to know his bounty I would question whether you looked it up beofre posting. But since you so wantingly throw the word igonorant around. Ill tell you whats really ignorant is to think that even a single Afgani would see a single cent of $50,000,000 to turn anyone in.

And as far as being smarter than Saddam, well shit I guess he would have to be to evade the worlds most fearsom fighting forces being a 7 foot giant with kidney problems.

Its so funny that you and your other so called "right-wing" pals hold our GOV and its long arm for justice in such high regard, yet you beleive them when they say they cant find this man. These are the same guys that can read a newspaper from space.

Truth is I hold their ability in even higher regard than you. As you beleive them when they say they cant find him,(makeing them incompitent)

I beleive they know just where he is.(simply makeing them liars)

Ya its just a shame more people dont say something about it. I'm guessing they dont want to be labeled "unpatriotic" or "terrorist".
