According to your test kit that's a pass. The keystone test should be with your first void of the day before any fluid intake. Pass that one and you can feel confident that you are good to go.

Know that if your screen is on Friday that this is not the time for any fat burning excercise that will flood your system with metabolites. From now until your screen you should remain dormant and on a fatty diet that will trigger you into a fat storage mode.

Start your day early enough to get in a few voids before the screen and then a light dilute with a sports drink a few hours before wouldn't hurt.
