How do my test results look?

Hello everyone,

I've been reading these forums for a while now, but I never really had any reason to post until now. I have a pre-employment drug screening coming up very soon (possibly this friday which is when I have my interview).

A little about myself:
I have not smoked for about 32 days, before that I was a moderate smoker; smoking almost four times a week. I'm 6 feet tall and 230lbs so I have some extra fat on me that's slowing my progress down.

About the conditions I took my test in:
I bought the "First Check" marijuana test from CVS pharmacy for 20.00. I took the test right after a moderate workout at the gym. The instructions indicate two lines, one across "control" and the other across "drug" signify a passed test. What do you think of my results?

I know the question have been asked a million times but what should I do here on out to ensure I pass this test? Thank you everyone for your help.

Did you consume any fluids during and/or after your workout session?

According to your test kit that's a pass. The keystone test should be with your first void of the day before any fluid intake. Pass that one and you can feel confident that you are good to go.

Know that if your screen is on Friday that this is not the time for any fat burning excercise that will flood your system with metabolites. From now until your screen you should remain dormant and on a fatty diet that will trigger you into a fat storage mode.

Start your day early enough to get in a few voids before the screen and then a light dilute with a sports drink a few hours before wouldn't hurt.

I had maybe half a water bottle before the workout and some sips from the fountain during the workout but nothing else. I didn't go out of my way to prepare for this at-home test because I wanted to see where I stand naturally. I assume by negative you mean I failed the test?

Thanks for the help you two. If I have the opportunity to sub should I just do that, or do you think my urine will suffice? My interview is at 9AM I'm not even sure if they will test me the same day or not...I just want to be safe because this is an opportunity I can't pass up

Hey again,

I went out and bought the same kit from CVS last night, and tested my first void this morning. I looks like I have a very faint line, please check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks in advanced.

Also...I made a rookie mistake and took those two previous pictures a fairly early, right at the 4-5 minute mark, when the test says check the results after 5-10 minutes. I took another picture of the cup maybe 15 minutes after the test, which looks a lot darker. [attachment=o278440]
