psp vs. ipod
I was wondering what ya'll think is a better buy. My parents will buy me one or the other for my gradutation and it's a hard decision. I'm getting it mainly for the music, but having games on the psp will be nice. How many songs can you fit on the umd that the psp comes with? Both cost the same. I'd definately grab Untold Legends for psp if I got it. So it'd end up being 249.99 for the ipod or 300.00 for the psp.

Do you know how many songs the thing holds stock? lol This is basically my biggest concern. I don't wanan buy a psp and have the damn thing hold like, 40 songs. Then I'll end up having to go out and buying anew UMD.

JS, get a pod man. Psp's are cool for gaming and what not, but if you're making a music invesment...go pod. I've had multiple ipods over the years and have thousands of songs on them. I <3 ipods. : )

Yea, I walked into Gamestop today and felt this kind of empty feeling I get right before I make a purschase that big. I hate that lol. But I am starting to lean towards the ipod. I'll have to think about it some more though. If any of ya'll have both then could you give your two cents?

psp vs. ipod
I've owned ipods for years now, like I previously said and I've played with the psp's as well. JS, ipod man...do the right thing. Psp's are dank for sure, but not enough games yet IMO for a purchase and doesn't have even close to a music storing capacity as the pod.

Yeah, the one I can get for 250 is the 60gb one that holds 10,000 songs (which I'm sure you're aware of lol) as opposed to a 32mb UMD that comes with the PSP (although you can compress the files which ends up being like, 400 minutes as I've been told). Plus if I get the ipod I can get the thing tonight and be listenin to it in school tomorrow. Hmmmmmmmm, I think I'm gonna go with the pod. Still tough though ya know, lol.

Man, you know how many sticks it would take to equal the same capacity as the ipods hd? Yes man, you'll be doing yourself a favor choosing the pod : ).

^^^this is true. Plus the MAIN purpose of the psp would be music for me. I plan on having one so I can cruise next year going from class to class listening to music. This is like mercedes v. bmw, it's killin me.
Edit from above: I meant a 6.0 not a 60g. 60g.......I wish.
