Yea... but you're growing OUTSIDE, whereas, alas, I am forced to grow within the confines of my back porch - and within only a limited section of that. So I guess you take the 'limbs' and build a 'bonnie bonfire' to give your garden a homey atmosphere? Ok, Un-huh - but you're getting one crop a year, and I'm looking for 3-4.

I left a message for a girl on Craig's list that has some equipment and ferts that I'm really hoping she'll be willing to barter for. A couple of fans, a 1000w HPS, a couple of ionic filters, a hydroponic pump and tubing with drip nozzles... Just an assortment of stuff - all of which I hope to need in the relatively near future. I (jokingly) offered her an outboard motor I have (boy would it be a blessing if she went for THAT in trade) - but in reality I intend to offer services in my field of expertise. The worst she can say is 'No', right?

A month ago I had no idea as to how to tell the difference between a male and a female plant. I was 'satisfied' with the 'potting soil' on sale at the grocery and thought I was going to make great accomplishments with 4 eight inch pots. BOY! Was I "STOOOOOPIIID"! But I'm learning.

So you recommend I just 'let it grow' at this point? Ok, I can do that. I've learned not to water every day. I guess I can learn patience next. I've made it from killing rock gardens to having flowers that even I can clearly identify. Not too bad of a first step.
GrowingInGeorgia Reviewed by GrowingInGeorgia on . I seem to do better at killing than growing - HELP PLEASE! I'm not a farmer and I can't even spell horticulturist right (Spell checker can though!;)) The absolute best thing I have ever grown is a rock garden and know nothing about caring for a plant properly.... so of course I'm going to have problems. Hell, as far back as I care to remember even lawn care is at best a spectator sport. But, I got a 400w MH light and built a grow room loosely following the construction steps as shown on the "I Grow Chronic" DVD - sans hydroponic system, co2 etc... Rating: 5
