Currently, a collective in Riverside, CA is going to be heard by the courts in Santa Ana this month: Against the: Health and Wellness Center: a collective in Riverside, CA. That case may well test the California waters for legal collective operations. The MAPP group sponsered the collective and has growers sell at the "Farmers Market" and prices are going down, as a result. Hopefully, this will get through the courts and we will soon have a basis for everyone to grow, sell and use their medicine!
