Once I have my street corner purchase in my hands it's legal if I have my patient card in pocket.

so go spread misinformation elsewhere will you?

The act clearly states what happens when you have an encounter with law enforcement. If I have a joint in my pocket how should I attach a label to that?
Patient 420,
Please take another nano second and look at the post you are railing against. It says to avoid troubles or hassles with the law?. Nothing about being cited. I apologize if this confused you.

Do you really want to advocate going around with your medical cannabis in a shoebox? Do you honestly think that if you get stopped, you are not going to get hassled by the cops? Really? You must live in the one part of the state that only has wonderful, medical cannabis friendly law enforcement officials - and not here in Albuquerque. You are truly blessed.

But I would suggest that that the rest of us licensed patients not to keep your meds in a shoebox. It will dry out your meds, impart that ??new sneaker? smell and if you do get stopped you will more then likely have to spend a considerable amount of time explaining why you have a shoebox of marijuana?.card or not.

Or you could just present your meds in a clearly labeled (glass preferably) container and your card. You could avoid a big hassle and be on your way. I personally like to spend as little time with law enforcement as possible. But that??s just me.

There is no intention of spreading misinformation in this post but you can read into it what you want. Hopefully the rest of us will take the advise and move on with life.
