Your ailments certainly qualify. If I were you, I would find some quality marijuana from a friend and test it out on your pain before going to the trouble of getting your card, which involves some time and expense. There's no sense jumping through the state's hoops until you know marijuana will help your pain.

One piece of advice: for many patients, including me, the principal benefit of MMJ is not that it makes pain and nausea go away, but that it provides a distraction. If you live with back pain, you know that it seems to get worse when you dwell on it. Ditto nausea. Pot can make living with pain or nausea more bearable for many, simply by distracting one's attention from the ailment.
