Darken the room, hold a penlight behind a leaf node and use a good magnifying glass.
You may see the as yet un-emerged genitals.

If there is a small stem to them, it's probably a boy.

So, this is just a wild assed guess based on the morphology.
But she does look a wee bit girly to me.
