Nanners will pop up when a female is stressed too much during flowering causing it to hermie. Could be results from all kinds of things like light leaks, high temps, or sometimes it can be genetic. Basically if you leave them on the plant they will open up releasing pollen and in return will put seeds in all your bud. As far as i know there are three things you can do when it happens. Cut that plant early, try picking the nanners off the buds (which is almost impossible to get them all), or you can just let them go and have seeded bud. There's also something out there called Reverse thats suppose to help out if this happens but i have not used it so i cant recommend it. Here's a pic of what im talking about.
