don't keep it in your wallet. put it in a big ziplock and store it in a backpack or something in your car. the red cards are a tribute to the hate the state of Colorado has for the patients. king soopers and any library has more secure and convenient cards than the DOH cares to bother with. Considering the new rules, they need to step it up w/better cards. They are going to drop the fee to 35 then claim they can't afford to offer the level of service they should be providing now.

Checking card every time Seems like some places require the card every time you visit, others check it once and only need your ID from that point onward (until the expiration date I assume). I can't for the life of me find my card right now (it's somewhere at home, but we're moving so it's a shambles), but I'm 'checked in and registered' at a few places that might let me buy without it since I'm already a customer... My renewal is in a few months so I'll have a card again at some point here, but I wish they'd Rating: 5
