Your prob has nothing to do with over or under watering.... Its a maturity/stress prob....

All outdoor cannabis in Cali is flowering right now.... The plants you have there appear to be waaaaaaay too little to start flowering.... Just my opinion though....

Did you start these from seed???

CanGroIt Reviewed by CanGroIt on . Over or Under Watering? Hello - I'm a beginner grower and just started growing 3 plants, outdoor, in pots (this is the only possible way for me to grow these). There is pea gravel in the bottom of all 3 pots so drainage is very good. I used organic potting soil for each. I live about 3 miles from the coast in Southern California so the temp has been roughly 75-80 degrees lately. They've approx been receiving sunshine from 8a-6p daily.
