Using "charcole" in potting soil.
Knowledge is rite boiling it wont remove the salt only the steam that rises from the boiling process will be pure the salt will still be in the water even if boilied..boiling it only removes the chlorine and other nasty chemicals. you can look up how to build p.v.c water filters online very easy to make... dose it rain much where you live?? well where i live in ireland it never stops raining so i collect as much rain water as i can get and i store it in 5 gallon drums till i need it.. ya wont get water better than this dude plus its 100% natural and i never have any problems with my ph in any of my grows..
tysonjf Reviewed by tysonjf on . Using "charcole" in potting soil. Hello, I'm using potting soil and wan't to us CHARCOLE in my soil. I live here in Phoenix, Az and our water is high in salt. I willl buy bottle water if I have to but much rather use the back yard hose. Thus using CHARCOLE in my potting soill to capture the high salt. The Charcole I thaught about using is the same I use for BBQ and if so do I grind it up or do I use it in bisquett size...lol.
