Please help me with this problem

I started growing this plant before I was actually ready to put it in the room, so it had some light stress, and believe it or not, it's about 2 months old, and it's a dwarf....How do I change that? Do you think it will work it out on it's own? Should I prune some leaves? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, the light is a 600 watt sodium that i turned down to 400, the soil is Ocean Forest by Foxfarm, it's potting soil so it's ready to rock. I'm high as hell so I hope that I'm answering these question the way you want, cause I'm having a hell of a hard time trying to figure it out and then explaining it to you...hahaha. Alright, the room is about 4x12x8, and I have the lights about 32 inches from the canopy, and it's not an auto, it's NYCD from Ontario Seed Banks. I think I'll order from Amsterdam next time.
