This is no longer true.

We will absolutely accept temporary paperwork for NEW patients who have proof of submission, are between 1-35 days of having submitted their application, and have not been denied by the CDPHE which we will verify with a simple phone call.:thumbsup:

We've been calling up there for <35 day patients with the proper paperwork. CDPHE won't tell a dispensary ANYTHING about a patient. They will talk to the patient though, but that offers the dispensary no proof that they have not been denied. We call up there anyways for nothing more than the time stamp on my phone records if it comes down to needing that.

When we first started calling up there, they did not even know HB11-1043 required us to do it.

Funny that they pass a law that goes against the confidentiality that is built into the constitution.
