300 and 450w LED Panel question

Hi all

I'm looking into the newish 300w and 450w led panels and it says it dos'nt produce very much heat.
My main concern is if these can be detected by thermal image cameras?
Does anyone know?

EDIT. I have been browsing web sites that sell them and they all say "Discreet - No thermal footprint" but i am wondering if this is true or the web sites say that to make a good sale?
