400w bagseed closet grow

I've done a few grows using only CFL. For this grow I used CFL for veg and a 400w HPS for flower. Here are the other details of the grow.
Soil: topssoil, sand, perlite, peat moss
Fert/nute: Used MG twice during veg and now I use the Fox Farm Trio (Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom) and I follow the schedule.
Bagseed

I'm 34 days into flowering. I just started seeing some resin production on the buds in the past few days and I hope they get a nice snowy effect on them but who knows with bagseed. I topped them once about 1 week before I put them into 12/12. I started out with 4 plants. 1 was a male and 1 was a hermie (I destroyed both) which left me with two females.

I'm sure I left out some details but what do you think so far?

Also I was wondering if anyone has used the Snow Storm Ultra before. It can be found here at Amazon. I guess it supposed to increase resin production.
